What happens if my carry fails the slayer/dungeon

Don't worry if your carry fails you won't have to pay, you can either try again or get your coins back, if any problems arise you can also contact us in our discord

Is this bannable?

No, Carry in general isn't bannable in Skyblock. None of our users have ever been banned. Rest assured that you are completely safe to use our service.

I cant find a carry im waiting for X time now

Our carriers need their rest as well. Typically, we strive to have someone available online at all times. However, there are instances when we either have an overwhelming number of people requesting carries or no one is currently online. If you find yourself unable to secure a carry for over a day, it could indicate that you've been banned from our service (please read below for further information).

I think i got banned from the service what now?

In case of a suspected ban, it could be a result of IP blocking, misconduct, or misuse of our service. Unfortunately, a ban means you can't use our service again. Should you believe it's an error, please reach out to us on Discord for a review.
